01/18/2008 - Equivalent DATA Corporate Headquarters – Certified

Equivalent DATA Corporate Headquarters

The two-story, tilt wall building is approximately 18,865 square feet and includes offices, a data center, and a customer training facility capable of accommodating up to 300 people. The building is organized by a centrally located server room which serves as a hub for the technology center.

The American Heart Association’s mission “to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke” promotes healthy living. This office space serves as an example of theirmission by creating a healthy workplace.

 

 

10/14/2008 - Emerson Unitarian Church Education Building - Certified

Emerson Unitarian Church

Emerson Unitarian Universalist Church wanted its new education building to enhance the existing campus, which was heavily influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple. First liturgical building in Texas to seek LEED certification.

 

11/14/2008 - Satterfield & Pontikes Corporate Headquarters - Gold

The new building, 11000 Equity Drive, was designed specifically to meet LEED certification requirements and was built using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
