06/26/2008 - Kirksey Corporate Offices - Certified

Kirksey Corporate OfficesBeyond realizing all of the benefits of a green building, Kirksey wanted to update their building for LEED certification so that it would serve as a living example to their clients. Kirksey is the first LEED Certified Existing Building in the state of Texas.

03/24/2010 - First City Tower - Gold

First City TowerFirst City Tower is the first LEED Gold rated Existing Building Operations & Maintenance in Texas. The goal of the building’s owner was to reduce energy consumption and promote an environmentally friendly wok place for its tenants.
