Water is becoming more worrisome it seems, both nationally and globally. How do we make it sustainable here in Houston?
This session features three different viewpoints of the water cycle as it impacts green buildings in the municipal context.
Suzanne Simpson with the Bayou Land Conservancy will discuss local watersheds that help create our water quality. Fabian Heaney with the City of Houston Drinking Water Operations will update us on current drinking water treatment techniques. Ann Sheridan with the City of Houston Impact Fee Administration will talk about how our water availability is administered and permitted.
